FLOOR FRAME: 2×6 ground contact joists running 24 o.c. with bottom skids. Half inch plywood sub-floor. Cabin versions have radiant barrier under sub-floor.
WALLS: 2×4 studs running 16 and 24 o.c. Half inch plywood for exterior and interior sheathing. Cabin versions have 2 air gaps with radiant barrier inside the walls with a 1.5” block of R-5 foam insulation in the center.
ROOF: 2×4 studs running 24 o.c. with half inch plywood for interior and exterior sheathing. Cabin versions have the same R-5 insulation setup as the walls. Exterior is coated with Henry Solar-Flex elastomeric roof coating.
